    The Inter-Agency Field Manual on Reproductive Health in Refugee Situations is about to undergo field-testing. It is a draft now and by end of 1997 UNHCR hopes to finalize it. The English version is out of print but UNHCR still has French versions. The final version should be ready for distribution by early 1998.
  • Guidelines for HIV Interventions in Emergency Settings
    A publication of UNAIDS, WHO and UNHCR. The purpose of these guidelines is to enable governments and cooperating agencies, at the earliest opportunity, to adopt the measures necessary to prevent the rapid epidemic spread of HIV in emergency situations, and to care for those already affected.
