HIPNet Meeting, September 18, 2015

Greetings HIPNet! I expect this week’s meeting to be rich following the March 2015 meeting on Open Data. This Friday, September 18, we will dive into data-driven communication. We will be joined by Justin Lawrence of the Feed the Future Knowledge-Driven Agricultural Development Program who share how the project’s M&E system informs communication and content management. Erika Vargas of World Bank will share how data informs and supports community management in disaster risk management. A USAID representative from the Bureau of Legislative and Public Affairs will reveal how data was used to inform stories.usaid.gov, a new platform offered by the Agency.

As always, the meeting begins with a bring-your-own networking lunch and concludes with a resource share by members.  The meeting will be held at Global Health Fellows Program II, 1201 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC

Please RSVP by emailing me at lwyatt [at] camris.com.

I look forward to meeting you,

Leah
